Michelle
Nolasco is the Senior Property Manager of City-Core Development and
oversees City-Core’s portfolio of properties in California. Having
joined City-Core in 2006, she is responsible for the bookkeeping as
well as the property management of the entire portfolio. In her 10-year
career, Michelle has spent over 7 years managing commercial real
estate, gaining expertise in TI construction, building operations, and
property management. Michelle also coordinates tenant construction and
building capital improvements.
Michelle
manages a portfolio of properties encompassing almost 1 million square
feet of office, mixed-use and retail space. She manages client and
vendor relationships on a corporate level and is involved with new
business development.
Michelle serves as a Notary Public in California and is also a California Real Estate Sales licensed professional.
