Andrew H. Garay, General Contractor, is President of Gotham Bay
Construction Corporation, specializing in multi-unit roll-out of
nationally owned restaurants and medical facilities. He is also a
co-founder and principal of City-Core Hospitality, LLC and has
developed multiple projects in partnership with City-Core Development
over the past twelve years. Attached to projects at their infancy, Mr.
Garay was an integral part of national expansion for a diverse roster
of roll out clients, including Noah’s Bagels, Jamba Juice, Chevy’s
Fresh Mex, and Starbucks Coffee Company. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Garay
completed ground-up construction and managed the day-to-day operations
of The Bentley, a 145,000 square foot 64 unit residence located at 159
East 30th Street in New York City and the renovation of 142 East 32nd
Street, a 14-story/125,000 square foot building converted into
professional offices. Additionally, Mr. Garay oversees a portfolio of
residential and commercial holdings in Manhattan as well as in Northern
California in partnership with City-Core Development. Mr.
Garay, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Master of
Business Administration in Finance from New York University.
