Currently entitled and ready to build, Palmer City-Core has designed a 426 Room/Suite chef-inspired hotel including a 10,000 square foot spa, "Hollywood" style pool, and two Charlie Palmer restaurants, retail shops, and conference/ballroom facility. To be constructed in a city built entirely by hospitality, this is the world's first urban hotel to be completely chef-inspired. And Charlie Palmer is an inspired chef. Only a kitchen commander of his rank and ability with a POV fusing Sonoma County and Grand Central Station would be right to head up such an undertaking. Most significantly, this hotel will be a proudly modern and urbane statement worlds away from the Strip. Nothing "mega" about it. And as for gaming, when our guests want to place a bet, they'll call their brokers. Las Vegas is the largest US market that does not have a 5-Star hotel that is not associated with a casino. Together, City-Core Development and The Charlie Palmer Group will build the first.
